What is to be understood by Blowfilmpack?

Blowfilmpack is a complete software and hardware solution for cotrolling and operating a blown film installation. At the development of Blowfilmpack priority has been given to create a possibly practical and as easily to adapt solution, with add-on capabilty at any time.

The system consists of 3 components.

1. The hardware:
A standard SPC-control with all advantages
o freely programmable
o safe
o flexible
o upgradable
by Mitsubishi.

2. The opearting device:
A standard operating- and visualisation device from the automation systems technique by Resotec.

3. The software:
A software especially elaborated for the components and requirements of foil production by GF Industrietechnik.

 Characteristic features:

Mitsubishi
has enlarged the control range for the particular requierments of foil production and therefore has created excellent conditions for the Blowfilmpack.

Resotec
the operation device has been provided with specific operation elements which are outstanding in the display variety and facilitate an extremely convenient operation.

GF Industrietechnik
has been operating in the foil extrusion business for more than 10 years. Based on this experience a software has been elaborated which absolutely meets the practical requirements of producers and plant constructors.
